tiling advice

hi guys...im going to tile the kitchen floor..trouble is im goning to have a step at each door way leading into and out of the kitchen....how do i overcome this...see pic to see what i mean....at the moment all floors are at one level

I know it shows carpet and tiles at the same level, but you can get away with quite a height difference with this strip. B&Q do it for about £8 for enough to do one door or £15 for enough to do 3 doors (prices correct 12 months ago).
