Tiling bathroom

We've got a bathroom as follows:-

How difficult is it to:-

(a) remove the existing wall tiles and put new wall tiles on, particularly around the sink and toilet;
(b) put floor tiles down that go underneath the sink and toilet?

Can this be diy'd with moderate diy skills or does this require a professional?
