Howdy all,

We're having an extension built next year. I'm trying to work out how much it will cost to tile our kitchen/family room and hall. The total area is just shy of 70m2 and the tiles are limestone in a grand opus pattern. I have been quoted £35 per m2 labour only. Not sure how much tiling is, but I thought this was a bit steep but if that's what it costs, that's what it costs!
BTW i am based in South West.

Thanks in advance

£25.00 a square meter for Ceramic, £30.00 a square meter for Natural Stone, Porcelain or Big/small tiles.

Get a few quotes.

Thanks, what I was quoted isn't to far out then. I'll get a few more quotes. One other thing, the company I am buying the tiles from are trying to sell me the stone sealant at £36 a litre and I'll need 9litres. This also seems steep. Can anyone recommend a quality sealant?
Thanks again
