Tiling on Paramount board

Hi,

I have stripped the tiles off our ensuite and have found the wall is paramount board. I was planning on putting up Wedi tileback board to give me a decent surface to work with (and one that is waterproof) however i was wondering if you know the best way to fix it to the wall as i was expecting a stud wall. Obviously if i had the time and money i'd replace the wall but thats not currently an option
