tiling on woooden void behind bath,,,which adhesive and grout???

hello,,,about to tile the wooden frame at the end of my bath ive just built,,,like the space at the end where you build a frame with 2x2 and some floorboard,,,im just wondering what kind of adhesive to use and grout???,,,I'm assuming flexible??? any advice anybody??? not quite sure what to buy???
