Tiling over a drain cover

I want to lay ceramic tiles in my porch but I have an existing flush drain cover. Is it possible to tile over it and still have access? Is there a frame that can be bought that can be tiled and lifted when necessary?

You can get covers for exactly this purpose, something like this;
