Hi again, the shower conversion continues. I have used Evostik Flexible Primer to prime three small solid walls, and backerboard prior to tiling. Two are grey finish plaster and one normal pink skimming plaster, plus the backerboard. On the carton it states dry in one hour. 24 hours on it's still slightly tacky on all surfaces. It's a small room, I've tried putting an oil filled radiator on for a few hours before realising that it was less tacky at a point low down near a missing floorboard piece due to air flow from below. With that I set up my industrial blower, which I think has helped a bit.
I put plenty primer on, probably too much. Wanting to crack on, is it ok to fit the backerboard to the walls before absolutely dry?
