Decided to start tiling my floor in the bathroom. Should i tile under or around the toilet and wash basin. Note that it is upstairs and has chipboard flooring panels. Thanks in advance.

Hi and welcome.
If you have the choice, you should always tile under the pan and pedestal. Also, you shouldn't really tile onto chipboard. Have a read of the sticky in this tiling section.
