timber frame detail

When i look for timber frame detail on the net all i can find is a single skin with a second masonary skin.
Can anyone direct me to drawings/info on a single timber skin wall. I plan to cedar clad our single storey extension on the outside.

Its the frame, sheathing, breather membrane, then laths, then the cladding - just like a pitched roof really

What is the detail where it meets the foundation. Should a wall be built up to DPC and then timber frame on top? Do know detail around window frames/doors etc?
Is there a website with a lot of this info on?
