can anyone supply me with the sizes of timber required to build a pitch roof on my extension please its a single story job 5 metres wide and about 3.5 metres out from the house do i use 4 by 2 joists or 6 by 2 and what size wall plates etc

Your structual calculations should have been done by either your architect or structual engineer.
Loads to take into account like wind speed in your area and even snow fall.
