Hello.
My tiny ex council bathroom came with a walk in shower unit but no bath.

the previous owner was elderly and I assume the bath was swapped out for ease of access.

ive managed to get hold of a bath of exact proportions as my bathroom that will fit wall to wall against one wall in place of the shower.

ive never fitted a bath before but have done radiators and other similar jobs in the past.

if there are any tips for a job such as this where there is no margin for error or movement other than up and down whilst fitting I’d be grateful.

Can you knock out a strip of plaster along the two short sides of the alcove? That would give you room to wiggle in the bath.
