Hello

So I have a Titan TTL530GBC 43cc Strimmer it was working find last summer.
I kept it in the shed over winter now it simply won't start.

Any experts out there know why?

Cheers

sometimes it's electrical contacts that have tarnished when out of use. I find a stiff nylon toothbrush, slightly moistened with WD40, is good for cleaning them.

You can get a special contact-cleaning spray if you want.

Take the plug out, clean and dry it.

If it has a spark, you can try it with "Easy Start"

I haven't had one of these, but I've had motorbike carbs that will clog with residue when the petrol evaporates.

If you get a spark, tip a little raw fuel down the plug hole, and see if the engine fires.
If you find the spark plug wet, turn the machine over, plug hole down and spin it over a few times to get rid of excess fuel.
John :)
