Hello, appologies if this thread doesnt belong in this section, or even this site but I thought there would be some good opinions from the members.
I have a garage that you cant fit anything but a small car in by reversing, as its at 90 degrees to the drive and too tight to swing a car in.
The dilema is do I leave it as I dont intend putting my car in it and just use it to store all my crap. Or bearing in mind the house is going up for sale in a few months, do I knock down one side and widen it by about three foot and shorten it slightly so a car can fit in and even do a three point turn into it allowing you to exit the drive in a forward gear which you currently cant do either. The labout will cost nothing as i'm a bricklayer just the cost of foundation (about 16 ft length) and roof and time. And building regs.
What would you do?
