Evening All , if someone can advise me i would be extremely grateful. I have several windows that have dropped a couple of mm on the handle sides.
After watching many youtube videos and purchasing the shovel and packers I attempted to sort the issue.
I removed the beads and looked to see if there was any gaps between the spacers frame and sealed unit but couldnt identify any obvious gaps.
both of the heel and toes had a black and grey spacers.
I removed the unit and tried to reinsert it back into the frame, but found that it would not go back in as it was catching on the already installed spacers.
I had to remove the grey spacers on the toe sections at the top and botto to get it back in and manged to slide in a couple of slighly thinner spacers.
obviously this had made the situation worse.
Am i better removing all the packers and starting again completely from scratch
One bit on a video confused me, is the first spacer fitted (black) just to raise the level in the recess up to the frame ridged level, before the actually toe heeling commences
Any hints or tips or directions to good videos or instruction would be gratefully received.
many thanks
Glenn
