Toilet Blocked - Fills Up when Toilet on Floor above flushed

Has anything fell down that shouldn’t have done, a toy car, toilet freshener, etc? Seems sewage would be spilling over as suggested. The extension could be either: a clear run after “the blockage” or taking slightly longer to backup.

To answer CBW's question, don't think anything has fallen down. I'm guessing clear run after blockage

To give everyone an update - issue was a blockage of tissues in the soil pipe a few metres from the house. Access was possible through the furnco coupling - a hole had been cut in the soil vent pipe 16 years ago for previous work. A big thanks to Herts P&D for quickly turning up and fixing the problem and a big thanks to everyone on here (particularly Hugh Jaleak) for all your help.

Not wet wipes but a type of fancier toilet paper that isn't so fancy - will stick to the cheaper stuff from now on!
