Toilet button ?

My button on my toilet has broke but there is nothing wrong with the cistern. Can you buy buttons on there own anywhere or have I got to replace the whole cistern ?

Thanks for reply and that site. Its abit expensive I think though, £10.85 for the button I need. Can get cistern and button for that on ebay.
