Does anyone know what the correct term for this hook is that I need to replace within' a toilet. It connects the flusher with the valve.

There was several chainned together to reach the bottom of the valve, but one has broken. Need to replace it. Also if you know what it is, do you know where I can get one. Trying to buy something you dont know the name of is proving hard!!

it is called a syphon link pin, there should only be one, you will get one from any decent plumbers merchants, it is critical that the distance between the 2 bottom curves is the right length to ensure it returns to the right position after the flush, you can make one out of a bit of brass wire,
