Does anyone know what brand and type this is?

The orange rod pushes the valve lever up but doesn't stop the water flow immediately. When the water stops, there's a gush of bubbles.

Got a call from my sister, who's it is. to let me know the fella who installed was on her estate and called in to fix it with the part needed.

I've looked on cyberspace and can't find the same valve. Any idea what manufacture it is? .... just want diagram so I can see how the internals work.

I'm curious why the water didn't shut off when I lifted the valve lever and what caused the gush of air bubbles from the bottom when the water did shut off.
Usually a pin holed washer
