The toilet is constantly slow filling even after it has filled to the set limit and the float is at the top. It is dripping into the cistern via the fill pipe/outlet (see picture attached). I am I right in guessing there that is some washer or diaphragm that needs replacing? Is there an universal size of washer/diaphragm that is used for all of these types of toilet flushes? I have checked and moved the float about and it still drip filles even when I manually push/hold the float up/push against the fill "button"

Thanks in advance

Adjust this thread so the water shuts off a bit earlier first. See if that helps

Clean and replace rubber.
If that don't work replace side inlet.

I just replace the filler for what it costs and easier than a washer charge.
I can't see pipework but if you don't get the same one then thread maybe a different length.
That could cause a problem when you try and fit water pipe back on
