Toilet Flush System - Inlet Valve/ball change only possible?

Hi everyone,
The inlet valve in my toilet flush system is faulty and leaking water constantly no matter how I adjust the screw. Most likely worn out

I'd rather not change the whole system as I'll be refurbishing the bathroom in less than a year.

Would anyone help me source the right item to change the inlet valve (ball cock) and (float ball)? I believe there are different sizes for flush system

Hope his dimension helps: 41x33cm (size of my cistern)

If not possible, can I change the flush system without removing the cistern? is the valve connecting the pipe to cistern universal?

flexi hose or copper pipe connection at the bottom.
The threads can be a different length causing a problem with copper pipe as the length is set making swapping more difficult.
Maybe just fit a new rubber washer to valve.
You will need to remove rubber and match up

Likely the diaphragm washer has failed, couple of quid for a pack of 10.

Would this work. or it's a Diaphragm washer?

That is NOT the water INLET valve that you need to dismantle to identify the part needed.
