Can anyone please help? I need to replace a connector for a Vitra wc ( about 10 years old). I bought a flexible connector but it's too small (80mm) for the outlet. Do they come in different sizes, or do I have to buy some sort of reducer? The outlet mesasures 100mm.
Thanks. Monnie

The might be some lubricant in the pack - if not, try plain water to start with. You have to push very hard!

Thanks Chris. I will give that a go, but didn't want to damage it if they come in different sizes. Fingers crossed, or legs crossed if it doesn't work!

Just wanted to say thanks for the advice. I tried cold, and then hot water did the trick.
I then had a leaking feed connection which I fixed with ptfe tape as suggested elsewhere on the forum. Lots of useful info!
