Could anyone tell me how u can work at a toilet where the pan is all one piece, and you cant even see pipes or the pan connector. The dual flush valve wasnt working and i couldnt even turn the water off cos i couldnt see the cold feed pipe ballfix valve. I had to tie up the fluidmaster valve with a batten etc. The pan was sealed all the way around it. The designers of these must think nothing ever breaks down or wears out. The brand on the flush valve was ideal.

Have you fixed the problem?

Is your toilet one of those ones where you need to move the whole toilet to access the cistern wingnuts?
May have a flexible pan connector.

Now, about these pan connectors.............................................
