Toilet recommendation, please

Hi all,

I'm looking to have a new close coupled toilet,
considerations are:
-dual flush
-reasonably low water usage
-a bowl design which actually means that solids are flushed down on first flush
-price

i was quite impressed with a Vitra, in a place I visit, though I don't know which model it was
Any recommendations/avoids would be much appreciated,

Wickes Portland - cheap as chips - clears #2s with the short flush and clears passed water with even less, just push the button down a bit and release- uses about 1 litre doing that. Been in my house 3 years now.
