Toilet seal problem

Hi

removed toilet to fit new floor, the seal that the toilet fits into at waste outlet had split so I went and bought a new seal
it was near immpossible to fit this seal over the existing pipe, tried trimming the seal to get it to fit over but this wouldn't work
is there any other products that will do the job, as all the pipes are glued in place I cannot replace them

any help appreciated

Lee, i have seen connectors that go[ into ]the waste pipe and onto the pan.
They have fins to make the seal into the waste pipe.
I`m no plumber but hope this is of some help.[/u]

ok, bought one of these bits of kit

wont fit

goes around the toilet no probs (wont be, there isn't anything glued to it!)

wont fit into the waste as the old pipe is glued inside it, without it it should fit great, i've cut the old one up to the down pipe but

its all glued together, what are you supposed to do if one neads replacing

sorted it

hairdryer, heated it up and gradually cut it out by twisting it off with pliers
(just for anyone else that does a search)
