Toilet Seat needs some tlc

This may sound trivial but causing me a headache. I have a perfectly fine seat not broken but the hinges / connectors broken.

Tried searching but not sure what to buy to fix.

Could be whole new seat but would rather fix if possible.

Can anyone help, ideally link to parts I need to buy and rough guide to fix?
