Toilet Waste

Trying to fit new toilet in the house and have come across a problem. The waste in the house is an old fashioned 3.5 inch cast iron waste and want to connect 4 inch plastic pipe to this.

The previous owners of the house had some how crammed 4 inch plastic pipe in but i want to do it properly.

What are my options? (I don't want to replace the iron waste as to much hassle)
