There is only 1 person who has said they think he is innocent. No one is saying he should be 100% believed either.

My brother in law had a run in with the law a few years ago. They gave him several choices.

If no charges come of it then there will be no other side.

TR has said he has seen the CCTV footage - he said he and his lawyer have a copy ( you would know this if you watched the vid) So why would he take a chance and lie when it could easily be proved a lie with the CCTV footage.
Unless you think he is lying when he says he has seen the CCTV vid and his lawyer has a copy. But as you refuse to soil yourself with the interview he gave then you have no chance of making your own mind up.
