My Alphatek was showing "PE" when EFL testing from this outlet. There are three cables at the outlet.
Too many neutrals & not enough cpc's...

Had they sleeved an earth black and connected it in with the neutral or something? DIY TN-CS 
? I take it the PE thing is saying the earth is not connected? Is it a fancy radial or something? If it was a ring I'd have thought at least one of the cpcs would be connected to earth, or just a complete mess of spurs on spurs. No CPC sleeve makes it smell of a bad job.

Yes, one of the cpc's was sleeved black and connected to the N terminal.
PE means no earth connection.
It was a spur with two further spurs taken from it....lack of sleeving pales into insignificance compared to the other problems!!
