Hi guys, I would like to change the lever head on my mixing tap. I am unable to figure out how to get it off. I thought there would be a screw at the back of it but there seems to be just a hole (picture 3).

There is a small screw in the new tap(see pic3) but it doesn't have a screw head.

Is there a specific tool I need to get this off?

Thank you for your help

Thanks jj4091, yes the new one is indeed a tiny allen screw.

I'm off to buy a very small allen key as I only have larger sizes.

Thanks for your help.
