tool for trimming vinyl sheet floor edges?

I lay the odd vinyl sheet floor at home and in a couple of rentals we have and cant finish the edges properly for the life of me! Are there any edge trimming tools that I can buy that will finish the vinyl edges nicely?

I use a big pair of dressmakers scissors. Cut first with stanley knife to get the basic edge, then use the scissors to do a fine 'shave' off the edge.

There are a number of specific sheet vinyl edge trimming tools.
Vinyl Edger & Cushion Back Cutter are two. They cut material in-situ.
Search flooring tools and ebay.
The thing is that they are specialist tools and take a little practice to learn how to use them.

FWIW: sheet vinyl is best cut from a scribed pattern paper before dropping into place.
