The majority of people with smart meters only have them because they struggle to pay their energy costs and typically can only afford to top up when they either get paid or get their benefit transfer. And there that numpty goes, thinking they have hundreds of pounds lying around somewhere to take part in his great money saving event. FFS

people dont load the meter up because they have to feed their kids and themselves and budget on a daily basis 4 pints of milk or 2 quid in the meter

thats sort off my point
most have no money between half way through the month others are in debt and spending the months after next money but some will have budgeted as best they can and will have some put aside for each weeks spending including loan shark/payday loan food and energy
but no harm is saying as they have nothing to loose
