as in title ....pulled this off the top of a skip in brilliant condition, sadly it never powered up,(yes i know it wasn't in the skip for nothing) So i suspected the usual (capacitors) but none blown?.... So the question is could it be the power board ..? Would anybody know about this model and it's known problems...seems a shame to put it back in the skip... for a diode or a heatsink.

If it all looked ok, the next things I'd try would be to measure (CAREFULLY, without electrocuting myself) what Volts are on the various power rails if they can be identified easily, and do diode checks on any obvious bridge rectifiers and power semiconductors.
