Towel Heater - Flexi pipe work

Hi,
I've purchased a new home that uses flexi pipes to connect to it's radiators, (see photo).

I want to changed the bathroom and en suite radiators to towel heaters.

My question is, can towel heaters be connected to these flexi pipes and? Is there anything else that would need to be considered to be able to fit these?

You could but with towel rails they will be even more obvious and they look terrible.Also your going to have to drill the tiles to mount them and fill the holes where the old brackets are.
