tower + wirless laptop how do I print from laptop?

Hi folks,
I have a tower (XP) hard wired to the router and printer, my laptop is wireless (Vista) how do I print from my laptop without hard wiring it to the printer.

why do you want to print via radio? you still have to get up and walk to the printer to get the printed paper

Probably for the same reason as me, can't be bothered messing around behind the computer desk unplugging cables etc when it can be done wirelessly.
I think you need to make sure both PCs are in the same workgroup, then see if you can get both PCs to talk to each other over the network. Do you have a firewall installed?
Once both PCs are talking to each other you can set the printer to share on the XP machine, then is a case of adding a printer on the laptop and selecting the printer from the network location.
