Does anyone know if there is a free website where you can put either a landline or moby number in and see who's been calling you (if not ex-d)? I'm not just talking about the 0800 ones for landlines. Or one that at least gives you the area for the code that's been used?

I think what you are looking for is called a "Reverse telephone directory" where you input the number and are presented with customer details. AFAIK this type of service is not available to the public in the UK (although is available in the US and other countries!).
You could try this site for area code identification (although no longer updated it still appears to work!)

Yes, there is, he's a medical doctor, so I could report him to his proffessional association, and in fact he's been trying the same thing (impersonation and **** taking) with another person who has all the data stored, just in case push comes to shove.
however I don't want to move this from a nuisance to something more serious.
I know the guys name and address, so I could find his phone no. and have a word with him on the phone, (I also have the address of his medical practice in case his home phone is ex-directory)
He is clearly mentally ill, after all, it can't be normal for a doctor in his early 30s with a good job (and a very tasty wife, as it goes) and a $1m house to be trying to annoy a sad old retired bricky.
The thing with the girl and the photo's isn't as bad as it sounds as the porn wasn't actually in the same picture as the girl, who is almost certainly blissfully unaware of any of this, and if he packs in being a tunc, it can all slide into history without anyone being any the wiser.
