Hope someone can help. For a long time I've been interested in learning how to work with wood (seems like a stupid statement), and I'm now living in the kind of property that having such skills would really help.
I have seen a number of short/mid length courses on carpentry and joinery, but they are all located in England. I live in Scotland and can't find anything. I'm not looking for a career change, I just want to gain the skills to be able to competently work with wood (ie replacing flooring, building cabinets if I really enjoyed it!).
If anyone knows where I could find more info on training in such skills in Scotland (central) then I'd be very grateful.
