Greetings

I am currently converting my en-suite into a wet room am looking at using honed and filled Travertine tiles. I understand they are porous and I would have to get them sealed. Can anyone offer any advice on good sealants that I can use. Or indeed is it a good idea to use Travertine tiles at all in wet rooms.

Thanks

i would not use any natural stone in a wet room unless i was happy to be sealing for ever more,i would also use the biggest tile possile to reduce grouted areas. The only area for natural stone would be the mossiacs on the tray, this is because their less slipper than the ceramics.you best use porcelian on the walls.
