Any one used these ?

travis perkins Pre-finished Solid Timber Flooring in Oak Lacquered 18mm x 125mm v-grooved

Am looking at doing living room and hall way 40sqM and have 2 questions that i would like answered before i buy these stuff.

1. am fixing to floorboard - what do need to put on top of floorboards before flooring?

2. would i nail or glue?

Depends on the lengths of the boards. Does TP mention that, or is it perhaps again a 'cheap offer' with very many short lengths?

ANY GOOD or is these cheap stuff offer? im paying £21sqM for it.

so do i nail them straight to the floor boards, lay 6mm WBP ply which i can get free, glue, stick insulation down .......

what do i do ?

what do i do ?

If you are after a proper long lasting, value adding result: buy something else.

If you do buy: screw 6mm plywood down and glue the floor on to it.
