Hi,

I had a fence installed about a year ago. Since then it has started to be pushed outward, presumably by the roots of an adjacent tree. The concrete gravel boards are beginning to crack too.

What's the best way to fix this? Is there a long-term solution that doesn't involve have the tree removed?

Regards,

Nick

Dig more post holes further away and create something to accommodate the tree
Eventually the tree will disrupt the paving or present a danger to the road user and something will need to be done
If there are heavy branches over the path you could remove them and hopefully the garden side branches might pull the tree upright (over time)
