We have a Triton Aspirante Shower - had it for 2 years and worked fine. Was installed by recommended qualified electrician and has its own shower consumer unit (EUBLM) B40 30mA. 10mm cable is quite long maybe 10m to get to shower upstairs. The shower switch on wall seems fine - no loose cables, but the red light flicks on and goes off instantly. The shower unit itself also power light goes on then off instantly

Can anyone advise if they think problem is within the shower unit or with the shower consumer unit?

Thanks for any insight before I call Triton and have them come out
regards

If you have no water flow, but power to the shower, the first thing would be to check the solenoid. If you have a means to test for continuity, it's a simple test across both terminals. Looking for a closed circuit.

Plus, check the connection inside the shower itself and in the shower/consumer unit.

Look for charring of cables. If there's a dodge connection it will fail when there is a load on the circuit.
