Triton Ivory 2 electric shower-water doesnt stop!

Hi there,

im having trouble shower, once its turned on its working fine, but when i go to turn it off the water doesn't stop flowing, even when the power cord is pulled or if it is turned off at the fuse box

im assuming this is a plumbing problem as i have verified correct operation of the power switch and am considering replacing the solenoid valve (as this should control the water?)

any tips or suggestions please

I am inclined to agree with your diagnosis.

Normally showers aren't worth repairing because of the relatively high cost of spares.

I just hope you find a repair to be viable.
