Triton shower no water flowing

I have replaced an electric shower TRITON ENRICH with same model.
Very straightforward job because the old onewas already connected to electrical and water supply.
The reason i replaced it is because it stopped working.
So I thought to buy a new identical shower unit.
Basically the issue is that on the stop position the power light of the shower goes on.
But when i turn the knob to high or cold or eco the power light of the shower goes off
I tested the solenoid with my multimeter and resistance is 4 which suggests is ok.
The old shower had exactly the same issue that is why i replaced it.
So i assume is not the shower itself.
Do you have any idea what i should check?

No power there, due to a damaged or faulty connection.
Most likely one of the connections in the isolator switch is burnt away.

Test for voltage as per flameport with your multimeter.
