Triton Shower Problem

Hi All

I have a Triton Amber 3 it is about 2years old recently it has started to trip out the pull switch power source. When power is put back on it sometimes starts up but not all the time, sometimes it can cut out 5 to 6 times. The water stops flowing when it trips out can anyone help with this problem

Have a look in the pullcord for any damage.
May be time for a new pullcord.
Make sure it's a 45/50 amp one not 20amp.
