I have A Triton T80 Easy Fit + Fitted in March this year by Bathroom Fitter when having a complete new bathroom, my issue is the Pressure relief valve keeps blowing Triton advise that there is a possibility of pressure variation and not covered by guarantee. the cost from them is horrendous each time and the same from an auction site appears to be exactly the same but cheaper. But why does it keep blowing?

No not changed anything. I do have a different head and a little longer hose, is it worth trying with these

Not really. The reason I ask is some people like to have fancy led heads etc. It must be a buildup of pressure somehow

Make sure the hose has freely working swivel or swivels. Maybe the swivel needs to be at shower end of the hose rather than the spray end. You may less problems with smooth finish hose rather than the metallic ones.
A previous tenant used to have this problem - discovered it was their younger daughter who did numerous contortions with spray handset twisting the (twisted metalic) hose to causing it knot the inner which then blocked or restricted the flow. Changed the hose for a smooth finish one which solved the problem.
