He's an old chap. Nothing unusual about a bit of bruising from say a cannula. You should also look at the image with image processing software. It took me 3 seconds to find that its been faked. They've coloured his shirt collar orange too.

just because you say its faked doesnt prove it, you need to explain your reasoning
what you might meanis the image has been enhanced -thats different from faking
"it took me 3 seconds to show it had been faked" -Im sure you can provide the evidence in 3 seconds then
ah so it was enhanced not faked..........changing yer story now
He is stood next to (vampire?) Musk. Maybe enhancing wasn't needed in this case.
