Anyway, I now know what happened.

The agent who removed the victim's (totally legal and holstered) gun seems to have discharged it accidentally as he was walking off with it.

This caused his chums to execute the victim.

Watch the video with the man from Minnesota's gun advocacy law centre. That man is the top defender of gun rights in the state. He says that, at no time, was the gun visible. The agents didn't attack the victim for carrying a gun. They attacked him because he tried to stop the agents beating an innocent woman. They only noticed the gun for the first time when they had him held immobile on the ground. They remove the gun and then they execute him
