Trumps Gaza peace deal?

As soon as the hostages are released, it will all start again.
Besides, I hear the mass media referring to "Israel and Hamas", not Palestine.
Is this a sign that there will never be a Palestinian country?
And then, since when the USA negotiate with terrorists?
In all previous occasions any deals was kept secret and the official line was always that they don't talk to terrorists.

One diplomat involved in the talks said: “The tragedy is that this could have all been agreed 20 months ago, all the elements were there. The key Israeli objective – which is why it is a tragedy this war has gone on so long – was the removal of Hamas from future rule, and that was obtainable a long time ago.” the Guardian

Apart from the uncomfortable truth of Netanyahu's desire to avoid doing a deal with the Biden administration and his desire to avoid a backlash from his far right coalition, and trial in an israeli court for his criminal activities - notwithstanding his criminal behaviour leading up to, and during, the war in Gaza.

One of those involved in persuading the US president said: “People don’t want to hear this but the advantage of Trump is that once he decides to do something he is like a juggernaut. And he really did put pressure on the Israelis.”

Trump’s mood towards Israel was clouded by Netanyahu’s unilateral decision to bomb Doha on 9 September in the hope of wiping out Hamas negotiators. Trump had not been consulted, but the US assurances were met with scepticism. As a result Netanyahu, not a man prone to contrition, was ordered to apologise and say he would respect Qatar’s sovereignty in future.

Whoever thought it would be ok to bomb a neutral country , that was involved in the negotiations especially

And you still can't see Israel (government) is/has done wrong in this

Has Israel stopped shooting starving refugees attempting to approach its "aid" heaps yet?
Hundreds of Palestinians were killed over the past months as they tried to reach GHF sites deep inside Israeli lines of control. Rights groups have described the mechanism as a death trap. But GHF announced on Friday that it will continue to operate despite the ceasefire.

Under the new agreement, access for desperately needed humanitarian aid is expected to increase. Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) charities and their local partners are preparing to rapidly adapt and expand their programmes, and resume lifesaving activities at scale, including urgently needed food and water distributions. Trucks of food, medicine and essential supplies are standing ready at the border.

The DEC brings together 15 leading UK aid charities to raise funds quickly and efficiently at times of humanitarian crisis overseas.

“We will not rest so long as there are Gazans in need. It’s our mission, and it continues on.”

GHF whistleblowers have documented horrific abuses committed in and around the private foundation’s sites.
I think the GHF and IDF have a distorted and perverted view of what AID is.

Barefoot and dressed in tattered clothes, Amir approached a GHF aid distribution point in Gaza desperate for help. He had walked 12km (7.5 miles) to collect food. And moments after the frail boy received his small packets of aid, the Israeli army opened fire.

... but at the very least there has to be a partial withdrawal and 'land swaps'.
....
I support the concept of "land swaps" but they must not favour the Israelis, like previous suggestions have done so. Where productive fertile Palestinian land is swapped for barren Israeli land.
