TRV's.....help

have just replaced 5 Westherm TRV's with Drayton TRV4's, straight one for one swap. 1st rad gets hot....other 4 don't.
All other rads in house work ok. Thoroughly bled system.... Don't know what to try now...
 
Thanks Dave, managed to get some heat out of them....still more work to do to get them balanced up properly but will tackle that tomorrow
