trying to delete a photo but wont delete

hi all. trying to delete a photo that i dont want and it wont delete its like its trying to but wont. any ideas?

Is it a large memory using photo? Could just be slow? Have you tried to right click on it?

Have you got Ransomware protection enabled?

I Dont think it's that big a file. I'm not sure about ransomeware. I have windows defender could it be anything to do with it?

Right click, look at the properties. Is it read-only?

I assume you've re-started but still get the same? A proper re-start.

I am just back from holiday I downloaded 500 photos from Google photos and I had to unzip them to get them to save onto a memory stick. The photos I don't want won't delete in th4 file on the pc
