Trying to match work surface

My kitchen has a work surface that can be seen in the attached photos (have include white sheet for colour, sunlight and ruler to aid) and I wondered if anybody can identify the style/type?

I am not sure if it is quartz or granite, is there an easy way to tell?

But I assume the name has nero in it, as a lot of this style of worksurface material seem to be nero something.

Absolute Nero, or Impala Nero granite.
